The basis for Varsel is an old doily with a flower on it. I developed and built on the doily’s design and knitted it with thick needles and a soft thin yarn. The result was incredibly fine and beautiful. Varsel is decorated with a pearl border which also helps to create a nice drop. The pattern can be knitted for adults and children. The pattern is in Swedish.
