I'm Marina Nygård and the face, brains and fingers behind mogle.makes. I live in Vasa in Finland with my family and many pets. My passion in life is to use my inspiration and creativity to create knitting patterns for knitters who need a bit more to chew on when it comes to their projects.

 

With a masters degree in pedagogy and sloyd I think I've earned the right to call my craft both educative and technically challenging. 

 

Knitting has become more than a hobby to me. More than an addiction. More than a lifestyle. Knitting is one of the brightest shining lights of my life. Inspiration strike me at any moment and it comes from everything around me, but mostly from Nordic nature and suburbia.

 

I love to capture my designs together with my husband behind the camera. I put my designs on my favourite people and place them in the wonderful surroundings I call my everyday life.
